Lead Nurture Email Sequence

A two-workflow GoHighLevel nurture for new leads. A tag starts a five-email sequence spaced by waits, and a separate workflow replies when a lead clicks the interested link, so warm leads hear back on time and nobody has to send the emails by hand.

Overview

The problem. Leads who don't book straight away need several touches over time, and the ones who show interest should hear back quickly. Sending those emails manually leads to uneven timing and missed follow-ups.

What I built. I built two GoHighLevel workflows. The first starts from a contact tag and sends five emails with waits between them. The second starts when a lead clicks the trigger link in an email, waits briefly and sends a follow-up email.

Why it helps. Every new lead gets the same paced sequence, and interested leads get a follow-up without anyone watching the inbox.
