GoHa Personal Execution System

A personal execution system that keeps life areas, goals, to-dos, habits, a day plan, focus sessions and weekly reviews in one connected app. Progress is computed from the real records instead of being pieced together across separate tools, and a ranking engine turns each morning's open work into one recommendation with the reason behind it. Briefs, deadline alerts and weekly digests reach the phone through a self-hosted n8n layer and Web Push.

Automation Engineer Playground (AEP)

A hands-on system for learning automation engineering. Learners work through ten labs and a capstone, building each automation in their own n8n, and AEP sends a real test request to what they built and shows expected against actual. An AI teacher called Kaz can read their actual workflow and its last run before answering, giving a nudge first and more help only if they keep struggling.

MakiFinancer Personal Finance Dashboard

A personal finance dashboard that brings spending, budgets, savings, debts and upcoming bills into one place. Every page reads from one finance engine, so it can answer the mid-month questions: how much is safe to spend, which categories will run over and what next week's bills will do to cash flow. Entry is assisted, too: it learns categories from past entries, catches duplicates and price increases, and previews a purchase's budget impact before it's saved.

OpsPilot Operations Dashboard

The operations dashboard and database behind OpsPilot, a lead-handling system for a B2B service business. It opens with the leads that need a person, ranked by consequence, gives every lead its own page, and lets an operator approve or reject sensitive replies and close failures. Every figure comes from the system's own record, so it shows what the automation did and what it prevented.

InvoicerMachine Billing App

A mobile-first billing app for a freelancer whose clients pay in different ways: hourly, on a fixed schedule, by monthly retainer or per project milestone. Work is logged from a phone, each invoice is previewed with exact totals before it's created, and the finished invoice is handed to a Zapier workflow for PDF creation and email delivery. Invoices are reserved inside one database transaction, so the same hours or the same retainer month can't be billed twice.

The website for Ability Cleaning, a home cleaning business serving Sydney and Western Sydney. Visitors can see each service with what's included and an approximate rate, check the areas covered and how booking works, then book or ask a question from the enquiry form, which sends every enquiry straight to the business's CRM.
